Our story

Jelm Allied Health began as Early Leaps Therapy in 2021, a small paediatric service supporting families in Melbourne’s west.

As our community grew, and our work expanded into youth and young adult services, we evolved into Jelm Allied Health — a name that reflects growth, identity, and the next stage of our journey.

Who We Support

We work with children, youth and young adults aged 2–25, helping them build skills, confidence and independence in everyday life — at home, school, work, and in the community.
